I purchase a SolAire bunk model RV Oct 2015, I have bee plagued with problems, large slide out floor separate from walls, Repair was covered by warranty, reason for separation, Too much pressure on original screws they snapped. Still not fixed.

Dinette set really poor quality, got so fed up glued the seats to backing Foam fill poor quality, little or no memory. Window screens wont stay put. I swatted a fly under the skylight in the bathroom, skylight popped of. Had to use epoxy to fix it, Furnace instructions require a filter, no fitting for one, use an external filter taped over air intake inside unit.

I complained that the new type floor BeauFlor dyes were not stable and were staining the carpet. I complained within 6 months. Was told by the warranty dept. they were sorry but they use really poor quality carpet, Sorry JAMES FOR THE STAIN.

was what i was told by the company, The carpet can't be cleaned, even professionals cant do it.

Today i was told too bad its out of warranty. If you plan on buying one of these units please do some research, I wish i had.

No it has not been resolved. if you try and contact maker, put your vin number in the site fades and you cant send comments if over the warranty period even if you have filed your complaint within the period.

Going to try again next week then if not results go to Washington State Consumer protection Division
